You don't like to install the entire Cygwin just in case to use the ssh client? If so you are on the right side. This little Zip-File contains all you need to use the cygwin ssh client. Just unzip it and make sure your command prompt can reach the path. The best way is to add the path where your new created Cygwin-SSH Directory is to the Environment Variable PATH.
After doing that, you might be able to start a command prompt and type ssh hostname
